Rückmeldung für das Sommersemester 2012
Alle Studierenden, die immatrikuliert sind und die ihr Studium fortsetzen wollen, müssen sich für jedes Semester form- und fristgerecht rückmelden.
Die Rückmeldung für das Sommersemester 2012 findet vom 09. – 20.01.2012 von 10.00-12.30 Uhr in der Studentenkanzlei statt.
Sie erfolgt nach dem Anfangsbuchstaben Ihres Nachnamens. Um eine gleichmäßige Verteilung und damit kurze Wartezeiten zu gewährleisten, melden Sie sich bitte an folgenden Tagen bei den zuständigen Sachbearbeitern zurück:

Bis zum Tag der Rückmeldung müssen die fälligen Beiträge von 397,- € (Studienbeitrag 300,-€ / Semesterticket 55,-€ / Studentenwerksbeitrag 42,-€) bezahlt sein. Bitte die Bezahlung bei der Rückmeldung durch Vorlage eines Kontoauszugs nachweisen.
Um eine gleichmäßige Verteilung zu erreichen und zusätzliche Wartezeiten zu vermeiden, bitten wir Sie, die obige Einteilung nach Alphabet und Sachbearbeiter einzuhalten.
Bitte die Bezahlung bei der Rückmeldung durch Vorlage eines Kontoauszugs nachweisen.

Special requests
Please keep in mind that all requests (especially for an extension to complete your degree or for an academic leave of absence) must be approved prior to registration.
Requests from undergraduates should be handed in to Herr Prof. Dr. Münch and from graduate students to Herr Theodor Nüßlein.
Therefore, to allow for processing time, the requests must be filled out and turned in two weeks prior to registration deadline -- at the latest. Please turn them in to Room H034, the outer office of the Vice President.
Requests for an academic leave of absence turned in past the deadline will only be considered if the reason for a leave of absence was not foreseeable at the time of the normal deadline and if the request is filed within a month after the start of classes. Exceptions will only be made on an individual basis for illness.
Information for students in teaching certificate programmes
Students seeking teaching certification in music education must be enroled simultaneously at both the University of Music, Wuerzburg, and the University of Wuerzburg. In this case, according to the statutes of Bavarian universities, the tuition and fees should be paid to the institution in which the student has the majority of classes. Tuition and fees for students pursuing teacher certification for the Gymnasium (double major) are payable to the University of Music, Wuerzburg. Students pursuing certification for Grund-, Haupt- and Realschule pay their fees and tuitions to the University of Wuerzburg. Consequently, students seeking teacher certification for the Gymnasium (with a double major in music) should first enrol and register at the University of Music, Wuerzburg and then at the University of Wuerzburg. The remaining students, i.e., those seeking certification for Gymnasium (with an additional major) as well as those seeking certification for Grund-, Haupt, and Realschulen should first enrol and register at the University of Wuerzburg and then at the University of Music, Wuerzburg.
Please note! Whoever pursues a further course of studies at the University of Music, Wuerzburg, in addition to a teaching certificate degree for Grud-, Haupt-, Real-, or Gymnasium (with an additional major), must pay tuition of 300 € to the University of Music, Wuerzburg (in addition to the tuition payable to the University of Wuerzburg).
