Honorary President

In recognition of his outstanding merit during his service at the University of Music, Wuerzburg, the senate awarded

Prof. Franz Hennvogl

the title of Honorary President on 27 May 2008. Prof. Franz Hennevogl was part of the governing board of the University of Music, Wuerzburg from 1979 to 1995. He was first elected vice president from 1979 to 1987. In 1987 he succeeded Prof. Bertold Hummel as president of the University and remained in office until 1995.
