The Event Management Department is your contact for planning, preparing, applying for, coordinating and organising a wide range of public and private university events. This ranges from the allocation of suitable rooms for regular lessons to the planning and preparation of lecture evenings, concerts and festivals, to the announcement and holding of university competitions and the administrative supervision of workshops or master classes as well as excursions.
