Since the introduction of the scholarship law, the University gives many Deutschland-Stipendien. These scholarships are not related to specific courses of study. Any student who is matriculated at the University is eligible for funding: from basic studies through advanced studies, or at the beginning of the funding period. The scholarship provides 300 euros monthly and is given for a full year of study. The Germany Scholarship is the largest public-private project in the education sector. Federal and private funding bodies each assume half of the scholarship costs.

Currently, talented and engaged students are supported by the Musical Academy, Concerto Foundation, Thomann Foundation, Yamaha Music Europe Limited, Sparkasse Mainfranken and the Volks-und Raiffeisen Bank.
